Every container. Every closure. 100% inspected.
INDEC reliably and non-contact inspects the closures of jars, bottles, and cans, including Twist-Off closures (TO) as well as metallic lug and vacuum closures, right on the production line.
Ensure every container is securely sealed with reliable, non-contact closure inspection directly on your production line. INDEC combines high-speed performance with precise detection for consistent product quality.

The right system depends on your container, closure, and inspection requirements. The VD 400 uses laser technology and offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of closure types. This inspection method is therefore independent of the material, surface structure, printing, or label. The maximum inspection speed is 1,200 containers per minute. The VD 100 uses infrared light for inspection and is designed for the reliable inspection of solid-color and glossy vacuum closures. It can measure up to 600 containers per minute.
We will be happy to evaluate your application and recommend the right solution.
INDEC devices are designed for a wide range of containers, including jars, bottles, and cans with Twist-Off (TO) lids or other vacuum closures. The ideal configuration depends on the container geometry, closure, and production conditions. Send us samples or details of your application, and we will determine the right INDEC configuration for you.
INDEC detects vacuum defects as well as tilted or missing closures inline during inspection. If a defective container is identified, the system sends the corresponding signal so that it can be rejected from the production line. The inspection results are also available for integration into existing systems and documentation.
INDEC continuously provides inspection results during production, giving operators a clear overview of product quality and detected defects. The data can be used for process monitoring, quality assurance and documentation, helping to create greater transparency and traceability throughout production.
Different products and formats can be managed using product-specific settings, known as recipes. Once the appropriate parameters have been defined, operators can quickly switch between products without having to reconfigure the inspection system each time. This makes INDEC ideal for production lines with frequent product or format changes.
No additional software is required for normal operation. INDEC can be operated intuitively via the integrated touchscreen, allowing users to configure inspections, manage products and monitor results directly at the device.
For advanced data management and centralized monitoring, the INDEC VD 400 includes the INDEC Expert PC software. It enables remote monitoring of multiple INDEC devices and provides a database for storing, managing, and analyzing inspection data. This allows users to conveniently monitor multiple systems and production data from a central PC.
