ACTAS CF80

Stationary Drive Test System ACTAS CF80

Stationary test system for sequential final factory tests and function tests on up to 8 drives. The drive test system is operated and controlled with the ACTAS operating software. The test position is selected using the multiplex method. The test system can reproduce drive control with the aid of a logic module. This makes it possible to test any drive even if there is no control unit.

Control outputs:
1 x control for OPEN coils
1 x control for CLOSE coils
2 analog outputs (0...10 V)
1 digital output RJ45 for controlling external devices

Analog/incremental inputs:
2 voltage measurement channels 300 V / 500 V,
1 current measurement channel 100 A

Binary inputs:
3 x 2 main resistive and PIR contacts,

Additional inputs and outputs per drive position:
14 auxiliary contacts
1 x incremental input

Cabinet design:
ACTAS CF80 is mounted in a 38 U standard cabinet. All the interfaces for connecting the drives to be tested are provided on standard connection panels in the form of multi-contact plugs. The drive can be switched on and off manually using a remote control. LED indicator panels on the front panel display the current status of all the drives.

All external voltages can be switched off by means of an EMERGENCY STOP button. A safety switchgear device is integrated for the interruption of the safety electric circuit. It fulfills requirements for international use through certification to BG, UL, cUL, CCC and Gost. There is also an additional safety binary input on the connection panel which can be used to monitor an external door contact, for example.

The cabinet is powered via a mains supply panel and multi-pole industrial plug connectors with a maximum load of 32 A. There is an additional fused 25 A output integrated in the emergency stop circuit for supplying external sources.

All ACTAS C systems comply with the following standards and guidelines:

EN 61010-1: 2011
Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use

EN 61010-2-201: 2011
