Meter Types, Test Procedures and Test Plans

Defining meter types with their respective parameters simplifies both manual and automatic tests. All the characteristic quantities and parameters required for the test procedure and for evaluation are saved in the meter type. Individual tests can be created using the test editor. Standard tests, such as a no-load test and an accuracy test, have been pre-defined. These individual tests can be combined to form complete device or type tests. The order of individual tests can be predefined in test plans for the automatic mode. These test plans can then be repeated any number of times under identical test conditions, making it easy to automate entire test procedures.
