Software Options

The sophisticated system concept allows the functions of METES systems to be extended at any time by the addition of optional software modules.

Software modules are available for the following additional functions:

1. METES systems can also test protection relays and can calibrate and test power, voltage, current and frequency transducers
2. Harmonics: generation of test signals with harmonic content
3. Playback: fault records which are available in KoCoS or in Comtrade format can be imported and then played back through the output circuits to test the reaction of a test object under special network conditions
