OMCAT Catalytic Converter Measuring Systems provide a fast and efficient means of carrying out complex geometrical measurements and determining the gap bulk density (GBD) of automotive catalytic converters. The measurement results are automatically passed on to manufacturing machinery for production process control.
The high speed of the non-contact laser triangulaton mea-surement method allows 100% in-line quality control within the canning or stuffing process.
