Lake Eder, Germany's most beautiful reservoir, was again the venue for the North Hessian dragon boat championship, held on the 29th and 30th of May this year.

"O Resistance is Futile!" was the motto of the enthusiastic KoCoS team who pulled together in the 12.5 m long boat to achieve a marked improvement on last year's results.
The highly motivated KoCoS paddlers and their petite drummer cut a fine figure in black T-shirts and pink wigs. Not even the overcast weather could dampen their spirits and a great time was had by all.
