The KoCoS group acquires a new subsidiary

Thanks to the logical adaptation of technologies, the KoCoS group has been able to grow and expand still further in recent weeks. It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of a 5th business segment to the KoCoS portfolio.

Our new subsidiary, KoCoS audentec GmbH, develops and sells test systems used in the packaging industry.

Thomas Becker and Christian Berg are the managing directors of this new addition to the KoCoS family. Mr Berg has many years of experience in the field of packaging technology and is a great asset to the KoCoS team.

KoCoS audentec test systems are integrated directly in the production lines of manufacturers, providing optimum quality assurance for their products.

The use of intelligent opto-electronic devices such as infra-red sensors and industrial image processing has enabled KoCoS audentec to push to the forefront in the manufacture of innovative test systems for inspecting vacuum packages and screw-type caps.

The company's existing customers include Gerber Products Co., one of the largest manufacturers of baby food in the USA.

The foundation of KoCoS audentec GmbH continues the strong KoCoS tradition of embracing promising new methods and technologies in the measuring and test technology sector.
